Comfort Inn - Saint Catharines

Room acoustics leave much to be desired!!! Noisy crowds disturb late-night peace, and bathroom vent noise is unbearable!!! Overall cleanliness could improve, with ice buckets and waste baskets neglected during housekeeping!!!

Pretty quiet area, central location very close to both Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake as well as St Cath's downtown center as well as other malls & services. The rooms with 2 queen size beds.

The location of the hotel was magnificent, by Coppola's restaurant where we were going.

It was booked at short notice in the belief that it would be functional and that's what it was.

Unaware when I booked that the restaurant was shut for renovation

There was no extra charge for us to have our small dog with us. This means a great deal. We enjoyed the breakfast.

It met all our expectations, however, the placement of our room, which was the first one off the lobby, was a little noisy with the door opening and closing often.

Excellent Stay with Comfort and Convenience!

The spacious room with a fridge and microwave made it easy to enjoy leftovers. The quiet ambiance allowed for restful nights, and the darkened curtains were a major plus. Consider dining elsewhere as the onsite restaurant didn't meet our expectations.

The stay was ok. There is a lot space needed to be improved.Actually, I think, this is motel standard, not hotel price.

The bed is too hard, and too much noise and too high price which doesnt macth the facility and service.

The hotel is very easy to get to. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean.

THe only thing that surprised me was the TV was very small.

The staff were super friendly and made check-in easy! My only drawback was the noise from the hallway early in the morning. A comfy stay 😊

High speed internet signal was weak.

Upon arrival we found out that the resturant was shut down therefor we had to drive fto get some breakfast

Ask about nearby dining options. We found a fantastic Italian restaurant just a short walk away, which enhanced our stay.

The staff at the front desk was very polite , courteous and helpful, which is the first impression one gets and makes one feel comfortable after a long journey.

We attended a wedding and stayed here again, and it exceeded all our expectations. The staff was super friendly. The room was spacious and clean, with convenient outlets for charging devices.
